Every type of coffee comes first to the Laboratory Quality and the local coffee roasters and taster shave the opportunity to create different ways of preparing coffee to create the roast profile that distinguishes the particular qualities of the coffee. The story told by a sip is mysterious and longer when one looks at its beginning and on – from the seed to the tree, from the tree to the cherry, from the cherry to the green coffee bean ready to be artfully roasted. The story is presented to try a sip of coffee. After this tour and any cup of coffee will be the same.
